Return Policy

Refunds or charge credits are available within 14 days from the date of purchase,
only when accompanied by a sales receipt.

Merchandise that is returned without a sales receipt will be issued a merchandise credit at our discretion. A valid govenment issued I.D. or Mass Driver's License must be presented at the time the credit slip is issued.

Merchandise that has been marked down can be exchanged for a
merchandise credit only,within 14 days.

FINAL SALE on accessories and underwear.
No exchanges or refunds.

All layaways are FINAL sales. NO exchanges or refunds.

There is a 7-day waiting period on all checks for a cash refund.

Lay-Away Policy

Lay-away purchases must be $20.00 or more.
One-third down payment is required for a deposit.
Lay-away purchases must be picked up within 30 days. 
If not picked up in that time all deposits and payments
will be forfeited.
All lay-away purchases are a FINAL sale (no exchanges or refunds).
